WASHINGTON - FEBRUARY 25: The National Air Disaster Alliance Foundation President Matt Ziemkiewicz announces a lawsuit against the Federal Aviation Administration and the U.S. Department of Transportation during a news conference at the L'Enfant Plaza Hotel February 25, 2009 in Washington, DC. Ziemkiewicz's sister Jill was a flight attendent who died when TWA flight 800 crashed in 1996. The lawsuit demands that the FAA and the Department of Transportation address a list of avaiation safety improvements, including reducing dangers to aircraft flying in icing condtions and improving runway safety.
