CUBA-PEREZ ROQUE
Cuban Foreign Minister Felipe Perez Roque, speaks during a press conference at the Foreign Ministry in Havana on January 28, 2009. Cuban President Raul Castro has removed Perez Roque and Carlos Lage from their posts on March 2, 2009 in a major political reshuffle, state television announced Monday. Perex Roque, who has been Havana's chief diplomat since May 1999 has been replaced by a vice minister, Bruno Rodriguez.
