United States Secretary of State Hillary Clinton talks at a press conference on March 5, 2009, during a Nato Foreign Ministers meeting in Brussels. NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer (not pictured) called for the alliance to resume top-level talks with Russia which have been frozen since last August's war in Georgia.
