FILES - A picture taken on May 6, 2003 in Frankfurt/ain., western Germany, shows Susanne Klatten, major shareholder in German luxury carmaker BMW and supervisory board chairman of German speciality chemicals group Altana and Germany's richest woman. The ex-lover of Susanne Klatten, Helg Sgarbi, will stand trial on March 9, 2009 accused of blackmailing her with videos of their hotel encounters. Helg Sgarbi, a 43-year-old dubbed the "Swiss gigolo", was charged with attempted blackmail, fraud and attempted fraud in connection with other cases involving other rich women who fell for his charms.
