Helg Scarbi, dubbed the "Swiss Gigolo", and his lawyer Egon Geis (L) wait at court for the start of his trial on March 9, 2009 in Munich, southern Germany, where he is accused of cheating and blackmailing a string of super-rich lovers, including Germany's richest woman Susanne Klatten, out of millions of euros (dollars). The long list of charges covering four different women including BMW heiress Susanne Klatten are "in essence" accurate, 44-year-old Helg Sgarbi's lawyer told the court on the first day of his trial. Sgarbi is accused of cheating Klatten out of seven million euros (8.8 million dollars) and trying to blackmail her for 49 million euros, saying he had video footage of their steamy hotel encounters.
