Flowers are tied to a lamp post on March 11, 2009 at the roundabout during a peace vigil in Lismore Manor in Craigavon, County Armagh, near the site where Police Constable Stephen Paul Carroll was shot dead on March 9, allegedly by a dissident republican group, the Continuity IRA.
