FRANCE-FINANCE-RESULTS-BIOMERIEUX
French biotechnology group Biomerieux Chairman, Alain Merieux gives a press conference announcing the 2008 financial results of the group, on March 16, 2009 in Paris. BioMerieux posted a 32.6 percent rise in net income to 130 million euros ($167.3 million) on revenues of 1.11 billion euros, up 4.5 percent but confirmed its objectives set in its 2012 plan and said reducing costs would be one of its top priorities..
