Employees of distressed German chip maker Qimonda line up at a job agency in Dresden, eastern Germany, on March 18, 2009. The company filed for insolvency on January 23, 2009. Qimonda's insolvency administrator already has announced that Qimonda will not have found a buyer by the end of March and that it would then face liquidation.
