GERMANY-AUSTRIA-POLITICS-SKI-ACCIDENT-ALTHAUS
Thuringia State Premier Dieter Althaus is surrounded by journalists in front of his house in Heiligenstadt, eastern Germany, as he came back from a clinic in Allensbach, southern Germany on March 18, 2009. Althaus had collided with a Slovakian woman while skiing at the Riesneralm ski area in central Austria on December 31, 2008.
