FRANCE-THAILAND-ARTS-GUIMET MUSEUM
Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn (C) from Thailand, daughter of Thai King Bhumibol Adulayadej, looks at sculptures as she visits, in Paris on March 19, 2009, the exhibition "Dvaravat? to the sources of Buddhism in Thailand" (Dvaravati, aux Sources du Bouddhisme en Tha?lande), which takes place at Asian Arts-Guimet Museum, until May 25th, 2009. 145 pieces of work part of the collections of twelve of the principal Thai national museums, completed by 19 pieces belonging to the Guimet Museum, illustrate the richness and precision of the iconography of the Dvaravati "kingdom".
