Spain's Foreign Affairs Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos (C) is seen during the inauguration of the "Escuala Taller" workshop in Manila on March 25, 2009. The Spanish government established the school inside the colonial walls of Manila to train impoverished youth in fields related to the restoration and conservation of old Hispanic structures.
