NETHERLANDS-FINANCE-ECONOMY-BUDGET-STIMULUS
Dutch prime-minister Jan Peter Balkenende (C) and vice prime-ministers Wouter Bos (L) and Andre Rouvoet (R) arrive at the 'Tweede Kamer', the House of Representatives in the Hague, on March 25, 2009. Balkenende unveiled a 6.0-billion-euro (8.1-billion-dollar) stimulus plan for 2009 and 2010, but warned of cost-cutting from 2011 to bring down deficits. The plan includes investment in road and coastal construction, the abolition of a tax on air travel and measures to combat youth unemployment.
