Libyan leader Moamer Kadhafi attends the closing session of the Arab League summit in Doha on March 30, 2009. Maverick Kadhafi stole the show at the Arab summit, insulting Saudi King Abdullah and proclaiming himself "king of kings of Africa" before storming out to visit a museum.
