ARGENTINA-POLITICS-ALFONSIN
People gather in front to the Congress to attend the wake of Argentina's ex-president Raul Alfonsin, in Buenos Aires on April 1, 2009. Alfonsin, who oversaw the country's return to democracy after the bloody 1976-1983 military dictatorship, has died from cancer at the age of 82, his doctor said.
