ALBANIA-NATO
Albanians hoist a North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) flag in the centre of Tirana on April 1, 2009. Albania and Croatia are expected to become NATO's 27th and 28th full members during a meeting which will mark the bloc's 60th anniversary, in Strasbourg-Kehl on April 3 and 4, 2009.
