CYCLING-BELGIUM-BRITAIN-WIGGINS
British cyclist Bradley Wiggins of team Garmin-Slipstream celebrates on the podium after winning the time trial on the last day of the 'KBC Driedaagse De Panne - Koksijde' (Three Days of De Panne - Koksijde) cycling race, in De Panne on April 2, 2009. Frederik Willems of Belgium, riding for Liquigas, won the Trois Jours de la Panne race following the race-concluding 15.3km time trial which was won by Briton Bradley Wiggins of Garmin.
