French Finance Minister Christine Lagarde (C) talks with Luxembourg Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker (R) and Belgian Finance Minister Didier Reynders (L) on April 3, 2009 before the start of a meeting of eurozone finance ministers in Prague.
