(FILES) Anorthosis Famagusta Georgian coach Temuri Ketsbaia waits for the start of the his team's Group B Champion's League football match against Anorthosis Famagusta on October 22, 2008 at Milan's San Siro Stadium. Ketsbaia resigned on April 13, 2009 from his position as manager of Cypriot champions Anorthosis Famagusta only months after taking them to the Champions League group stage, the club said.
