Three-year-old Elise who was kidnapped last month in southern France, was reunited with her father yesterday in Hungary after police arrested the girl's mother. "She [Elise] recognised me straight away," Andre added from Hungary in a phone conversation with his lawyer in France. Elise's mother, Irina Belenkaya, was arrested by Hungarian police on April 12 at the Ukrainian border with her daughter.
