(FILES) Picture released by the Jan De Nul group showing an undated file picture of the Belgian Pompei dredger of Jan De Nul Group which has been captured by Somali pirates some 600km from the Somali coast, on April 18 2009. The dredging vessel was on his way to the Seychelles. The 65-metre (213-foot) Pompei, with a crew of two Belgians and a number of other nationalities, had transmitted an alarm at 0430 GMT, followed by another half-an-hour later. The 1,850-tonne Pompei, belonging to the Jan de Nul group, has accommodation for 19 people and "is used for accurate installation of rock protection on offshore pipelines or for underwater rockberm construction," according to the company website. There had been no communication with the ship since it sent two alarm signals early this morning.
