SPAIN-FRANCE-BASQUES-ETA-RUBALCABA
Spanish Interior Minister Alfredo Perez Rubalcaba (R) and Spanish National Police Director of Operations Miguel Angel Fernandez Chico (L) arrive to hold a press conference on April 19, 2009 in Madrid after the arrest of the suspected the military chief of ETA Jurdan Martitegi at a village in southwestern France. Perez Rubalcaba said police located Martitegi by following one of the two other suspects, Alexnader Uriarte, who had gone to France to get "instructions" from Martitegi before carrying out an attack.
