DETROIT, MI - APRIL 20: Raser Technologies and FEV, Inc. introduces a plug-in hybrid Hummer H3, the first full electric drive SUV, at the Society of Automotive Engineers World Congress April 20, 2009 in Detroit, Michigan. The H3 is a full-size, extended range plug-in hybrid electric Hummer SUV that can reportedly get more than 100 mpg in typical local driving over time.
