Andrea Iannone of Italy receives a chequered flag to win the 125cc class of the Japanese Grand Prix at the Twin Ring Motegi circuit in Motegi on April 26, 2009. Iannone in an Aprilia won the 20-lap 96.02-kilometre race with a time of 42:23.716, with Julian Simon of Spain in an Aprilia in second and Pol Espargardo of Spain third on a Derbi.
