Receptionist Sara Martinez works behind a poster warning patients to don masks if they recently returned from Mexico and have symptons of swine flu, in the waiting room of Clinica Monsenor Oscar A. Romero, a medical clinic serving uninsured communities without financial resources on April 29, 2009 in the Boyle Heights area of Los Angeles, California.
