Egyptian tycoon Hisham Talaat Mustafa sits in the dock waiting for his sentence at a Cairo court on May 21, 2009. A Cairo court on Thursday sentenced Mustafa and a former policeman Mohsen al-Sukkari to death for the murder in Dubai last year of the businessman's former lover, Lebanese pop diva Suzanne Tamim.
