NIGERIA-ENTERTAINMENT-FELA-CLOSURE
People hang out outside the new Africa Shrine, a music venue built and owned by Femi Kuti, a son of the Afro-beat legend Fela Kuti, on May 28, 2009 in Lagos after it was shut by authorities on May 26. Lagos authorities justified the closure, accusing the Shrine of breaching the state's environmental laws, citing "noise nuisance, illegal street trading, indiscriminate parking, blocking of access roads and obstruction of traffic."
