TO GO WITH AFP INTERVIEW
Iranian former chief of the Revolutionary Guards and presidential candidate Mohsen Rezai speaks during an interview with AFP in Tehran on May 29, 2009. Rezai will push for the creation of a global consortium to enrich uranium in the Islamic republic if elected, he told AFP. The veteran conservative and former head of the elite Revolutionary Guards Corps also said he was "optimistic" over a change in policy from the United States after Barack Obama's election as president.
