TO GO WITH STORY BOSNIA-UN-NETHERLANDS-SREBRENICA --- Dutch locksmith and ex-UN peacekeeper Rob Zomer stands in front of the ruins of a house on his land on May 25, 2009. Zomer, who witnessed the 1995 massacre of some 8,000 Srebrenica Muslims, decided to move to the ill-fated Bosnian town of Srebrenica, the local SRNA news agency reported. "I came here for the first time (after the massacre) last year and I was afraid how people would react," said Rob Zomer in Srebrenica, according to SRNA.
