FRANCE-POLITICS-CHIRAC-FOUNDATION
France's former President Jacques Chirac (3rdL) presents on June 15, 2009 in Paris, the jury panel of Chirac's foundation Prize for Conflict in order to improve awareness and support for those who dedicate a part of their lives and resources to preventing conflicts. LtoR, modern history professor at Rome III university Andrea Riccardi, former Unesco director Federico Mayor, former French Minister and European Parliament President Simone Veil, former IMF (International Monetary Fund) chief Michel Camdessus, and library director in Alexandria, Ismail Serageldin. The prize award ceremony will be held on November 6, 2009 at La Sorbonne university in Paris.
