US-SPACE-SHUTTLE-ENDEAVOUR
Low clouds are illuminated above the US space shuttle Endeavour on June 17, 2009 at Kennedy Space Center in Florida, hours before the re-scheduled launch at 0540 EDT (0940 GMT). Lift-off was delayed four days for repairs to a hydrogen gas vent valve. Endeavour is to make a 16-day mission to the International Space Station that will feature five spacewalks and complete construction of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency's Kibo laboratory.
