(FILES) A picture taken on April 23, 2009 in Montpellier, southern France, during the French swimming championships, shows French Alain Bernard celebrating after scoring, at the end of the semi-final of men's 100m freestyle, a new world record which was later suspended after the International Swimming Federation decided on May 19, 2009 not to officially approve some of the swimsuits. The Jaked 01 along with other polyurethane swimsuits appear on the World swimming body FINA's approved list which was published on June 22, 2009. The swimsuits approved in FINA's June 22 declaration will be authorized at the World swimming championship which takes place from July 26 to August 2, 2009 in Rome. AFP PHOTO GERARD JULIEN
