KOSOVO-SERBIA-BULGARIA-WARCRIMES-JUSTICE

(FILES) File picture taken March 02, 2006, showing Kosovo Protection Corps Agim Ceku talking to the press, after his meeting with United Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) chief Soren Jessen-Petersen. Agim Ceku, who led rebel Albanian forces during an uprising against Serbian rule in 1999, was nominated Prime minister after Bajram Kosumi was forced, under political pressure, to resign. Agim Ceku, who is wanted in Serbia on war crimes charges, was arrested on June 23, 2009 in Bulgaria, the interior ministry said. Ceku is wanted for war crimes allegedly committed during the 1998-1999 war in the then Serbian-ruled Kosovo when he was military chief of the Kosovo Liberation Army, made up of ethnic Albanian Kosovo guerrillas.
