Workers put the finishing touches to new Piaggios inside the Binh Xuyen industrial park in Vinh Phuc province, north of Vietnam on June 24, 2009. Italian group Piaggio inaugurated its first vespa factory in Vietnam, a more than 30 million dollars investment with a capacity of 100,000 units.
