A man throws a fishing net into the sea along Manila Bay on June 24, 2009 as weather forecasters warn of typhoon Nangka hitting Manila around 10 pm local time on June 24. Weather services plotted the storm off the northeast coast of Mindoro island, south of Manila at 10:00am (0200 GMT) and said the eye should be over the South China Sea off the western coast of the main island of Luzon by early June 25.
