French cycling team Cofidis (COF)'s Christophe Kern of France celebrates his polka dot jersey of best climber on the podium on July 11, 2009 at the end of the 176 km and eighth stage of the 2009 Tour de France cycling race run between Andorre-la-Vella and Saint-Girons.
