The space shuttle Endeavour on Pad 39A with the countdown clock in foreground July 11, 2009 at Kennedy Space Center in Florida after NASA postponed the planned launch due to lightning strikes on and near the launch pad. No damage was found after the July 10 electrical storm but technicians need one day to check various systems. The next possible launch attempt is 19:13EDT/23:13GMT July 12.
