US cycling Team Columbia-High Road (THR)'s leader Mark Cavendish of Great Britain (L) jubilates with a teammate after winning his fourth stage and getting the green jersey of best sprinter on July 15, 2009 at the end of the 192 km and eleventh stage of the 2009 Tour de France cycling race run between Vatan and Saint-Fargeau.
