(LTOR) Defence ministers, Jean-Marc Halsdorf from Luxemburg, Belgian Pieter De Crem, French Junior Minister for Spatial Planning Hubert Falco, Defence Ministers British Quentin Davies, Turkish Mehmeu Vecdi Gonul, French Herve Morin, Spanish Carmen Chacon Piqueras and German Franz Josef Jung pose on July 24, 2009 in Le Castellet, southern France, after a meeting of seven European defence ministers who threw a lifeline to the troubled Airbus A400M military transport plane, agreeing to renegotiate their contract to buy the aircraft by year-end. The plane service date was pushed back from 2009 to 2013 amid technical problems.
