HAITI-PROTEST
A Haitian policeman (L) controls a supporter (C) of Haitian President Jean Bertrand Aristide as they face anti-government demonstrators calling for Aristide's resignation during a protest in Port-au-Prince, 14 November 2003. Violent protests have rocked the Caribbean nation since September 23, when Amiot Metayer, a gang leader close to the ruling party, was found dead. Metayer's followers believe he was betrayed and that Aristide ordered his killing. They have since sided with opposition groups. (FILM) AFP PHOTO/THONY BELIZAIRE
