This handout photo provided by Japan's Ground Self Defence Force shows roof tiles spread across the ground after a house collapsed when water flooded into a residential area of the town of Sayo in Hyogo prefecture, western Japan on August 10, 2009 following heavy rains brought by Typhoon Etau. The storm barrelled toward Japan, bringing torrential rains that killed at least 13 people in floods and landslides, inundated a town and disrupted air and rail links.
