NKOREA-SKOREA-RELATIONS-MILITARY-FILES
(FILES) This file photo taken on October 19, 2007 shows North Korean Oh Won-Woo (R) grabbing the hands of his long-lost South Korean sisters as they bid farewell after a three-day family reunion at the North's Mount Kumgang resort as hundreds of South Koreans were reunited with their North Korean relatives at the scenic mountain resort in the North for the first time since they were separated by the 1950-53 Korean War. North Korea disclosed an agreement to resume tours and lift border restrictions on August 17, 2009, one day after a meeting in Pyongyang between its leader Kim Jong-Il and Hyundai chairwoman Hyun Jung-Eun. It said tours to the scenic Mount Kumgang resort on the east coast and to Kaesong, a historic city near the west coast, would resume as soon as possible, and said the government would try to resume inter-Korean Red Cross talks as soon as possible so family reunions can go ahead.
