A tractor destroys hashish crops under the supervision of Lebanese police in the Baalbak region of Lebanon's eastern Bekaa Valley on August 18, 2009. Lebanon was one of the top drug-producing countries in the world during its 15-year civil war, but the government regained control when the war ended.
