HONDURAS-COUP-OAS-INSULZA-MINISTERS

The commission of ministers of the Amercias accepted to have failed in achieving an agreement for the return of democracy in Honduras. According to the OAS, in Honduras there is no acceptance of the agreement of San Jose by Micheletti and related sectors.
