GERMANY-BANKING-MEDIA-KIRCH
The lawyers of former media tycoon Leo Kirch (not in picture), Peter Gauweiler (R) and Wolf-Ruediger Bub (L), share a laugh, 10 December 2003 at an appeals court in the southern town of Munich, as they wait for the judgement in a lawsuit brought by Kirch against the German bank "Deutsche Bank" and its supervisory board chairman Rolf Breuer. Deutsche Bank was ordered by court to pay compensation to Leo Kirch, who had accused the bank of hastening the collapse of his empire.
