Dieter Hahn, former buisness manager of KirchGruppe and confident of former German media magnate Leo Kirch, stands next to a wondow, 10 December 2003 at an appeals court in the southern town of Munich, ahead of the judgement in a lawsuit brought by former German media tycoon Leo Kirch against the German bank "Deutsche Bank" and its supervisory board chairman Rolf Breuer. Deutsche Bank was ordered by court to pay compensation to Leo Kirch, who had accused the bank of hastening the collapse of his empire.
