CORR-GERMANY-BANKING-MEDIA-KIRCH
Representatives of the German Bank Deutsche Bank, lawyers Herbert Sernetz (R), Peter Heckel (2nd R) and Detlev Rahmsdorf (3rd R), responsible for the Deutsche Bank-s strategies, wait 10 December 2003 at an appeals court in the southern town of Munich, for the judgement in a lawsuit brought by former German media tycoon Leo Kirch against the German bank "Deutsche Bank" and its supervisory board chairman Rolf Breuer. Deutsche Bank was ordered by court to pay compensation to Leo Kirch, who had accused the bank of hastening the collapse of his empire.
