(FILES) -- A file photo taken on September 12, 1989 shows Polish Prime Minister Tadeusz Mazowiecki triumphally saluting deputies from still empty government benches at the Parliament in Warsaw after the election of his cabinet. The Polish Parliament marked on September 11, 2009, the 20th anniversary of the investiture of the first non-Communist government of the Soviet bloc led by Catholic intellectual Tadeusz Mazowiecki.
