Newcastle United captain Alan Smith leaves a Thanksgiving Service to remember the life of former England football manager Sir Bobby Robson, at Durham Cathedral in Durham, north-east England on September 21, 2009. Robson died in July, aged 76, after a long battle with cancer. During a lengthy career in club management either side of his time as England boss he had spells at Newcastle United, Fulham, Ipswich, PSV Eindhoven, Sporting Lisbon, Porto and Barcelona.
