This still image from video provided on September 22, 2009 by IntelCenter shows Al-Qaeda deputy leader Ayman al-Zawahiri in part of a 106-minute Al-Qaeda video called "The West and the Dark Tunnel" to mark the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. IntelCenter gave few other details about the video, but noted that Al-Qaeda typically releases such a video around this time each year to mark the attacks which took place in 2001.
