GERMANY-BERLIN-WALL-20YEARS-SCHUMANN-STATUE
Picture taken on September 18, 2009 shows the recently erected statue "Monument of the jumping soldier" on Berlin's Bernauer strasse depicting East German border guard Conrad Schumann's famous leap towards west Berlin on August 15, 1961, as construction on the Berlin wall had just begun.
